Shengli Pak (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. uses the details you submit to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and provide related customer service.
Information we receive
The form receives your name, work email, optional company and country, message and selected cap model. It also receives limited source information, such as a referring service or campaign and landing page, when available. This information can be incomplete and does not prove how you found us.
Storage and notifications
Enquiries are saved in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database before we confirm receipt. Cloudflare also provides hosting and Turnstile spam protection. Relevant staff receive notifications through our company email provider, Alibaba Cloud Mail, including the responsible salesperson and our company owner. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not publish your enquiry or sell it.
Retention and requests
We normally retain website enquiry records for 24 months from submission. Records needed for ongoing business or legal obligations may be retained longer with a recorded reason. You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry by emailing [email protected]. Please include your receipt reference if available. Deletion requests also cover notification copies we control, subject to necessary business or legal retention.
Security and spam protection
Turnstile checks help reject automated abuse. For rate limiting, we store a temporary salted hash derived from the connecting IP address, rather than the raw IP address, for approximately two hours. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical request information.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics. It measures page views and contact interactions. Your name, email and message are not sent to Google Analytics. URL query strings are removed from page locations. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences on our marketing pages. Declining analytics does not prevent an enquiry. WhatsApp and email clicks are interaction signals, not proof that a message was sent.
External contact services
If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or another external service, that provider's privacy practices also apply. Our website cannot read messages sent through ordinary WhatsApp accounts.
