Define the service scope before requesting filling-line technical support
Define installation, maintenance and service-contract requirements before arranging support for an aseptic filling line.
A request for an engineer can involve installation, scheduled maintenance or fault diagnosis. Each requires different preparation. Before arranging support, describe the objective, equipment, site conditions and expected work records so that the factory and service provider can agree a practical scope.
Shengli Pak’s published technical services include service contracts, installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Discuss the arrangements for your specific requirement with the regional team.
Identify the type of service
| Service | Purchasing situation | Information to provide |
|---|---|---|
| Service contract | Establishing an arrangement for ongoing support | Equipment covered, scope, responsibilities, communication process and records |
| Installation and commissioning | Preparing for installation, reinstallation or start-up | Equipment model, project stage, site readiness and proposed timing |
| Preventive maintenance | Planning inspections and maintenance work | Operating and maintenance history, known observations and available shutdown window |
| Corrective maintenance | Seeking diagnosis and repair support for a fault | Symptoms, alarms, timing, actions already taken and relevant records |
A service contract defines an arrangement; it should not be assumed to include every spare part, travel expense or site activity. The actual tasks for preventive or corrective maintenance must also be agreed for the equipment concerned.
Coordinate service and parts separately
State whether parts support is required, then establish who will confirm the part references, who will source them and how delivery needs to align with the service schedule.
Shengli Pak’s service and parts offering includes China warehouse support and different parts-sourcing categories. Warehouse support does not establish that every item is in stock or has the same origin. Confirm the brand, model, source and delivery arrangements for each requested item.
Agree the work record and handover
Before work starts, agree the equipment and project contacts, scope of work, site assistance required, proposed timing and records to be retained. The record can cover work performed, observations, parts replaced and follow-up actions. Its format and acceptance responsibilities should be agreed by the parties.
Provide your preferred production-restart time as a requirement for assessment. It is not a confirmed repair commitment before diagnosis and resource arrangements are established.
For an enquiry, send the regional team the equipment model, service location, type of support and proposed timing. If parts are needed, include part references, photographs or drawings, quantities and destination. This information helps establish whether the next step is a documentation review, further diagnosis or a specific service arrangement.
